THE PRINT SALE at Katonah Museum of Art

I had the good fortune to curate The Print Sale, currently at the KMA, running through January 24th, 2016. It is a mix of prints on paper from some of my favorite print publishers, namely Harlan & Weaver, Lower East Side Print Shop and Neiman Center at Columbia, and includes work by Kiki Smith, Stanely Whitney, and Louise Bourgeois. Better yet, this year photography made it's debut. Swoon. Look for work by Lalla Assaydi, Arne Svenson and Orit Raff. I bought the amazing photo by Reinier Gerritsen (below).

The show is up through January 24th and runs in conjunction with SupraEnvironmental, curated by Charlotte Cotton, in the main galleries. SupraEnvironmental brings together the work of contemporary artists who transform natural and man-made materials and provide new vantage points on our contemporary environment.

If you haven’t been to the Katonah Museum of Art, it's definitely worth a visit. Housed in a building designed by Edward Larrabee Barnes, it is a short walk from downtown Katonah (metro north).
